About Hotwinter Company

Hotwinter Company was originally established by a group of Fluid Mechanical Engineering students in 1978. The company’s activities covered everything from design to implementation to maintenance of Air Conditioning for buildings and various industries.  Our customers were, among others: The Tehran County Ministry, the local Telecom Company, Hepco Industries and the Iranian TV Channel.

Today our services cover all aspects, from design, the choice of appropriate equipment, sales negotiations, installation, maintenance and after sales services (guarantee services). Our clients receive customized turn-key solutions, including HVAC, so that they can focus to their main business. These turn-key solutions include the following service packages:

• Sales, installation and maintenance of Carrier Products

• Procurement and installation of large boilers for warm and hot water and steam

• Procurement and installation of electricity generators

• Procurement and installation of  Electrical panels

• Design and installation of automatic controllers

Sales Team

Our sales staff offers the best possible solution to our customers with their solid expertise and experience. They can not only offer our own products (Sarma-Afarin Products) but also any other necessary peripheral equipment as well.  They also manage the shipment of all necessary equipment. Our sales team co-operates very closely with our design team, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible and optimal solution.

Design Team

Our experienced design engineers advise our various (residential, hospital or industrial) customers with all necessary know-how in the areas of design, dimensioning, construction plans, etc. They manage and supervise customers’ projects from the first step until the completion of the projects. They make sure that all standards and directions are met. After installation, the design team performs all necessary performance tests, including stress tests, insuring the achievement of the set design targets.

After-Sales Support

Our target is total customer satisfaction of purchased products and services. To achieve this target, we have placed our service teams in different parts of the country so that they can react very fast to customers’ needs. The support is not limited to the guarantee period but also years thereafter. Iran Sarma Afarin Industrial CO. is the most well known company in the country's Air Conditioning Industry. According to the experts, Iran Sarma Afarin Industrial CO. is the founder of the Air Conditioning Industry in Iran, with thirty five years of experience. Taking advantage of the world's latest technology and the deployment of the most experienced experts, Iran Sarma Afarin Industrial CO. is honored to having participated in many important construction projects throughout the country. 

Such projects being: The Iranian Air and Naval Force , most projects for NIOC, the executive in running hospital construction plans, IRIB, etc , managing and supervising construction programs are among the company’s countless achievements. It must be mentioned that all of the company's products are produced on the basis of the directions, standards and production methods of International Carrier CO. and in accordance with the exchanged agreements with that company . The agreements involve issues like transmission of the manufacturing technology, the production plans, testing and the exact technical specifications of the pieces and the confirmed consumed segments by Carrier CO. As for the manufacturing and testing methods, we offer full certificates and training programs both at Carrier CO and the Sarma Afarin Company.

One of the points of agreement, admitted by Carrier CO. is full supervision over the manufacturing processes, running quality control on relevant tests and examinations and even installation and setting out the different parts as well as solving the probable problems emerging in different stages of installation or manufacturing. According to operation permit # 339881 dated 14/10/1972 , the company's factory started to operate and opposed to the agreement dated 14/10/1973 , %50 of the shares were allocated to the American company , Carrier CO and consequently . The company's name was changed to Carrier Thermo - Frig, (private joint stock).

On 15/07/1983, Iran Sarma Afarin Industrial CO. (private joint stock) has been assigned to the company and on 16/03/1990 the company attired it's basis from private to public joint stock and on 21/10/1991 was accepted in Tehran stock exchange, for the time being it is run under the supervision of the selected managing council of joint share holders.
