Plastic deck is impervious to decay organisms, rot or corrosion.

LIGHTWEIGHT

Weight of the plastic fill is 1/2 of the wood fill. Overall cooling tower weight reduced as much as 40%.

WETTABLE SURFACES

The plastic deck surface have been treated by a special process which totally removes the oily characteristic of  PVC and leaves a highly hydrophilic surface.

LOWER FAN HORSEPOWER

A unique method of reducing "plugging" at the bottom of the passageways which can occur even with 1/2" , 5/8" and 3/4" passageways. Results in lower pressure drop through the fill pack.
